About the Company

Payrexx is a FinTech startup that has developed all-in-one cloud-based solution that allows to accept online payments with payment tools such as Paylink, Virtual POS and One Page Shop without any programming skills.

Challenges

Payrexx wanted to blend their helpdesk with their homepage and needed new navigation for their support portal but as a startup they were on a tight budget. Additionally, it was important to them to be able to make changes on their own in future.

Solution

We took the Frio theme as a basis, added branding and some additional customizations. The background, logo, colors and fonts were replaced. A list of categories is now displayed in the form of buttons with Font Awesome icons. The category tree contains only ‘Getting Started’ category.

Additionally, a few of links were added to the top menu.

Results

During the work process many additional changes were suggested by Payrexx in terms of design, such as colors, icons, header image, etc. Therefore, the final version of their Freshdesk support center fulfilled all their needs and wishes.

After the initial requirements were met, Payrexx ordered some additional customizations for their Freshdesk support portal.
