Can we enjoy the benefits of Protection Plans if we customize the theme ourselves?
Care protection plans work for both customized and default templates, which were bought from Breezy Themes. If a customer or some third-party developer customizes it, we have the right to charge a payment for support services as our additional developer resources might be required. The charge may partly be covered by customization hours that are provided in your Protection Plan. The only exception here is the Premier plan since all bugs and issues are fixed even if you modify the code.
Can we use customization hours immediately after the first purchase?
You can use customization hours included in your Protection plan after 3 months from your first purchase.
