Being an authorized Freshworks solution partner, our team knows all hidden hints and tricks of the Freshservice and Freshdesk support portals. Furthermore, we are aware of all incoming changes and can fine tune everything considering the future adjustments. 

A one time annual payment is sufficient to obtain an extended warranty and free service for the entire year. This special offer is valid for the first three months after the theme purchase.

* Care protection plans work for both customized and default templates, which were bought from Breezy Themes. If a customer or some third-party developer customizes it, we have the right to charge a payment for support services as our additional developer resources might be required. The charge may partly be covered by customization hours that are already provided in your Protection Plan.
The only exception here is the Premier plan since all bugs and issues are fixed even if you modify the code.
